Regular Priced Merchandise Return Policy for Online Sales
You are more than welcome to change your mind on your new purchase. J+O will happily take back regular priced, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 72 hours from receipt of delivery to you.
Please email shop@jonathanandolivia.com for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the box or goods won’t be accepted at time of delivery.
Jonathan+Olivia are not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fees (duties +custom brokerage etc).
When J+O receives the goods following the regular priced merchandise return policy, a credit note will be issued to you. All credit notes are kept on file and can be used towards your next purchase. If this return policy is not followed, goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
